Beauty and the Beast

The production design and art direction are wonderful, and the scenes with the two main characters are certainly interesting. But too often the film gets bogged down with the tedious details of Belle's family and their domestic quarrels. And even the best scenes really didn't capture my imagination in any meaningful way.
