On Daniel Bergamini's Wall

i love the 400 blows, its such a beautiful film about childhood,and a really good film to watch alongside breathless to get a good grasp of what the french new wave was really capable of, as both are very different films in terms of subject matter and whatnot, but come from the same time period and movement. ''the adventures of antoine doinel'' boxset, containing the 400 blows and its sequels is one of criterions finest releases, and will open your eyes to a vast amount of cinema. i got into that area of cinema at around 16 years old and it proved a good starting point.
