Extraordinary homage to Louis Feuillade's 1916 serial. Channing Pollock was then a gifted magician, he managed to give to Judex character a poetic and enchanting dimension. Francine Bergé, as a cruel kind of cat woman, is also worth remembering. Highly recommended.
