Aesthetically, this is a total Almodovar. Like always, the finished visuals are spectacular. The story is one of Almodovar's best. From the first scene to the last one, it keeps getting better and better. The performances are great, and the characters are well-developed. This is one of my favorites by him. There is so much to love, like Angela Molina.
