This is trash. One of the most disrespectful and disgusting films I've ever seen. It's films like this one, that take actual pain and suffering, death and evil, & cheapen them through pretty reds and a lot of over-stylized shots of characters looking dead serious, that define despicableness. What's here is contrivance: a set-up of sick fake-killings and evil without a single, actual thought or intent behind anything.
