Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy

Great performances and a lovely colour palette it may have but the convoluted plot and dry, distant tone of the direction make it an insipid watch. I’ve nothing against slow burning films but here it’s simply impossible to care about the characters and their actions and the result is incredibly underwhelming.
