Moneyball

A very solid and entertaining baseball movie from a different than usual angle. Brad Pitt is great and I really enjoyed Philip Seymour Hoffman's performance. Still puzzled about Jonah Hill's Oscar nomination for this, but his presence at least didn't detract from the film. Smart story that doesn't tell everything but gives you enough that you can connect many of the dots.
