Take Shelter

It reminds me of Terrence Malick's films regarding the rythm of the storytelling and the rare use of music during the scenes,which leaves a lot of space to the actors to create the intensity and other emotions.At the same time I could sense a Spielberg circa 1977 influence (Close Encounters of the Third Kind) as well,especially the last 40 minutes.Jeff Nichols is a talented newcomer.I'm now waiting for 'Mud'.
