The Master

I'm torn. On one hand I agree with this film in that all religions are bullshit and human connections are what matter most, but at the same time I worship at the feet of this gorgeous 70mm film. I mean seriously, I've already started recruiting people and have told them that if they see it they'll know algebra better. I think I might have missed the point, but it won't be in Chicago again for a while:/

    Lucky, I didn't know about the Music Box showing until it was sold out. :( It sounds like Chicago won't get the 70mm print when it opens in September but it might get it during the holidays.

    "I agree with this film in that all religions are bullshit" -> doubtful, seeing as it's written and directed by a Roman Catholic.

    I was going to argue with you "Edna" so I started scrolling your reviews. Then I began questioning my life and what brought me to such a sad existence. Are we all tied to the anonymity of the internet or just porn? You know, things like that? I was really going to rip into you, but then I read your review of "Come and See" and anyone who agrees with me on that can't be all bad. Also I Googled "PTA Roman Catholic" and my argument got shot to shit. I still feel that the point of "the Master" was that all religions are bullshit, but then again I thought Dumb & Dumber was about German colonialism, so what do I know? Maybe PTA is changing as he gets older and has multiple children without being married?
