The Story of Film: An Odyssey

Peoples' main issue with this seem to be the arbitrary nature of the film choices, which seems a bit passe as it's fairly evident that this is auteur work. It is very much Mark Cousins's personal odyssey; complaining about your own favourites not being here is fairly redundant. Cousins's own narration veered from being annoying to slightly endearing, it is delivered in a highly sing-song Ulster accent
