Whit Stillman is clearly working on many different levels of weirdo here that I can say that I respect what he's doing. On that note, a more solid plot would have helped immensely. The short skit form made a lot of hit or miss(mostly miss). I felt it ran it's course by the mid point afterward, I felt restless.
