Yeah, the youth, the teenagers, the kids. Full of themselfs, smartasses, trying to be as sex, drugs and rock'n'roll as they can and hear it should be, cool, foolharded, careless, stupid and having no fucking idea about anything they think or do. I don't remember it like that, maybe because I didn't grow up in NY and because there was always some bit of sense in our minds, even if we were doing most of the same shit we had a limit. And in Kids, there's no. The portraiting of the genders for instance is totally stereotypical and quite naive and I had all the time the feeling that this movie is mostly made as a lesson for young girls. I buy it. Half.
