About Spike Lee

Ellen I think I do have a story to share about my Brother. He past away two years ago. He was the very first African American to be featured on a National weekly show...At the age of five he was the biggest STARS ON TELEVISION in the beginning of TV ... The Show was called "Star Time!" When we his own family went to see his show, we had to enter the building in the back, while he was given the red carpet treatment... He was also so the first kid in ebony in the Zenith advertisement! Way back in the early 50's His career was very short. Because of greed... He never recovered. But in his later years he became one of New York's Street promoters promoting Rap artist..... And at his funeral many of the artist that he promoted came to say a last farewell, never knowing his own history.... And was moved to tears...
