Celebrity culture is total bullshit in England, whereas in the United States there has always been the American dream thing: 'You came from nothing and you became something.' And another thing, in England, you can do the whole lot: theatre, cinema, television, whereas in the United States they pigeonhole you and it’s a lot harder to get out.”
