“I am more interested in the sort of impalpable religious feeling not the rigid doctrine and my interest in Christianity is more of an artistic and philosophical nature. This interest emerged quite late as I grew up in an atheist environment and was rather indifferent to religion but when I started reading and re-reading Dostoevsky I found these themes incredibly attractive. I'm not interested in the clear messages but rather the paradoxical nature of some ideas.”
