A contender for best US TV Series since 'True Detective'. This Liane Moriarty novel lends itself to a series (rather than feature film) adaptation. The 7-episode arc works wonders and there is not one sequence that feels superfluous. Rather than becoming wrapped in the intricate web of a 'whodunnit', this works more due to an emphasis on complex, enigmatic characterisation. It's not Shakespeare but it is tremendous.
