A deranged doctor lives in an abandoned hospital with his wheelchair-bound sister, who has a disease which keeps her eternally youthful in his eyes. Frustrated by normal women’s perceived imperfections, he kidnaps and submits them to gruesome tortures under the guise of anti-aging experiments.
