Our take

The plastic flowers and performing dogs may imply inauthenticity but nothing could be further from the truth. To walk into Luisita’s photo studio is to travel back in time to a golden age of Argentine pop culture. Sol Miraglia approaches her older subject with warmth, and the conversation flows.
