Will Graham is an FBI agent who brought down Hannibal Lecter. After retiring from the Bureau, he moves to Florida. Then a grisly murderer, “The Tooth Fairy,” starts killing entire families, covering the victims’ eyes with bits of shattered mirror, and Graham is asked to return to duty to find him.
