Our take

A playful allegory for the discontentment of life under capitalism, Carolina Markowicz’s colorful short soon flees the confines of metaphor for zanier horizons. As a self-aware figurine narrates its own pursuit of love and happiness, the eye-popping animation explores radical transformations.
