Our take
Tracing the broken contours of traumatic memories, Alice Winocour’s moving film speaks to post-Bataclan Paris as a place of collective grief and resilience. Virginie Efira emanates compassion as a woman assembling puzzle-piece fragments and forming new, intimate bonds in the aftermath of disaster.
