Soviet biopic about the Russian rocket scientist Konstantin Tsiolkovsky. Along with the Frenchman Robert Esnault-Pelterie, the Transylvanian German Hermann Oberth and the American Robert H. Goddard, he is one of the founding fathers of modern rocketry and astronautics.
