Julia Gudari is investigating the kidnap of a person who turns out to be a Chilean chemist wanted as a witness by the international authorities. Everything seems to indicate that the Uruguayan army is protecting Berrios. Julia fears that her father, Gudari, is involved, but evidence is scarce.
