The two bored friends Heinz and Herbert agree to swim the Atlantic together to win a prize. Herbert, a swim instructor, teaches Heinz, a postman, how to swim. They meet another swim-instructor who just looks like Herbert’s dead mother, and Alois, the fisherman, who is into producing toilet-paper.
