A friend of Dick Bailey is murdered. As he starts pursuing the murderer whom he presumes to be Stack, an outlaw, connected with a crooked sheriff, Dick swears to marry the first woman lays eyes on and that happens to be Ruth Hammond, sister of his deceased friend.
