Our take
Fresh off an Oscar® nomination, rising filmmaker Sean Wang won the hearts of Sundance with this coming-of-age delight, set in the chaotic early days of social media. Counting the magnetic Joan Chen among its stellar cast, Dìdi brims with adolescent feelings that blossom under the Californian sun.
