Your day-to-day
The person who will be hired on this role will report to the Finance Director and will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices from vendors and receipts from multiple credit/debit cards.
- Reconciling transactions from different bank accounts.
- Dealing with queries from vendors and partners.
- Employee expense management.
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of our theatrical sales ledger, accounting for our UK/IE and US businesses as well as other key territories; from collecting box office returns to processing invoices and debt collection.
- Supporting the creation of quarterly sales agent reporting.
- Sending quarterly reports to film rights holders.
- All ad hoc projects related to the Finance team.
Our ideal candidate will have
- Strong administrative skills;
- Background in Business or Accounting
- Proactive, confident, discreet, highly organised and a good relationship builder;
- Excellent Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Good communication skills;
- A can-do attitude.
