“Most of the work we did where we took Beirut or Lebanon as a context, we opened questions that addressed other places. We try to get away from these notions: national identities, communities, geographical territories, surroundings … I think all of our work is very contextualised, rooted here but in another way. We try to blur all these definitions.”
