The film follows the events after the murder of the 16-year-old-student, Manuel Gutierrez, by a former police sergeant in Santiago, Chile. It centers around Manuel’s disabled brother Gerson, his family and Miguel Fonseca, the leader of the political solidarity committee formed after his death.
