Por qué verla

Dimly-lit music halls, zippy guitar strumming, metalheads and the ethics of punk: starting in the ‘70s, Ufuk Önen’s magnetic documentary draws an underground rock map of Turkey’s capital, while giving a nostalgic sense of what life was like in this notoriously gloomy yet intellectually vibrant city.
