Sinopsis

After a meteorite slams into Earth, disgorging a Mothra egg and rousing archnemesis Battra, the racket also wakes a very cranky Godzilla. Archaeologist Takuya packs up the egg for further study, but chaos erupts when it hatches during the trip home.
