Zenas Brewster (James Barton) is a seafaring man with a bad reputation. Notorious for his tempestuous nature, Brewster has earned the nickname of “Captain Hurricane.” Brewster is smitten with neighbor Abbie Howland (Helen Westley), but she doesn’t like his temperament.
