A blind couple’s newly found bliss is shattered when the wife is raped by two local thugs. Since one of the perpetrators is the brother of a corrupt politician, the equally bent cops refuse to investigate. So the husband embarks on a one-man vigilante mission to eliminate those who are responsible.
