Pontagnac has had a crush on a pretty blonde for a week. What he does not know is that she, Victoire, is the wife of one of his friends, Vatelin. The latter takes it rather well, but Victoire is not so easy to manipulate. Their misadventure then launches a game around the loyalty of each and other.
