Invited to his dad’s retirement party in Detroit, L.A. bachelor Drew rings up an old flame (Kellita Smith), only to learn the she’s now dating a hotshot basketball player. Hoping to outdo his ex, Drew asks jazz singer Tatiana to be his date.
