Hanna is the famous Korean pop singer. She suffers from having extremely poor self-esteem, as she has been ignored because of her appearance. At last, she makes the decision of a lifetime to have full-body plastic surgery.

Adapted from a Japanese manga comic titled Kanna’s Great Success, this musical romance film explores the themes of beauty and pop culture in Korea. As well as being commercially successful, lead actor Kim Ah-joong was also nominated for Best Actress in the 2007 Grand Bell Awards.
