  1. Kelvin Thompson's rating of the film A Home at the End of the World

It's just boring. The idea that a young man maintains a love triangle to fill voids left by his dead mother and brother (albeit sexually) and then tries to maintain this family structure through the motions of a life he always wanted is great. But the movie doesn't know how to frame these relationships properly, and conflict is just snuffed out unceremoniously. But the actors are fine for the material they're given.

  3. Susana Bessa's rating of the film A Home at the End of the World

It has its many flaws, sure. But it is colourful when it has to be (much like Robin Wright's wonderful hair), sad when it should, passionate when it calls for it and sincere throughout. It does have a bit of the old boring soap-opera appeal to it, but it means well and it wants to be appreciated. I fear it might not be enough to be a part of an experience, but everyone should at least have a go at it.
