Its a 'bad' film, but accidental results can be just rewarding. The low quality does hurt it, but it inadvertently becomes an abstract pastiche of horror clichés, sporadic images and low budget hallucinatory sequences crashing together into a delightful poke in the horror viewer's eyes. The improvised audio design, including the director (?) miming a dog is cacophonous joy.
There is nothing else like it. Period. End of story. If haven't seen this and you think you've "seen it all" -- you haven't. Oppressively bizarre editing, acting from another planet within another dimension, jarring juxtaposition of accidentally good camera work and unrepentantly bad camera work, buckets of gore, and some of the funniest narration genre movies have ever seen. Just absurdly, hauntingly perfect.
