Del Toro is really really good and Robbins has a lot fun with his character. It's just a shame that the terribly written female characters, the direction and editing (shut up already with all the bouncy classic rock) shorthands a lot of the dramatic potential of the screenplay. Still, not bad at all.
The story revolves around some aid workers (particularly water and sanitation) in an armed conflict zone, and all they need to do is get a dead man out of the well. That is it, basically! It's so simple, yet surprisingly entertaining. I like how the film gives you some fairly good insight on the disgusting politics with in these wars and what the victims and workers go through. The soundtrack is a plus!
