Ratings & Reviews

  1. Warren Spratley's rating of the film Adorable Liar

Such sudden, expeditious dialogue during the first half of ADORABLE MENTEUSE; detached decoupage, camera movements, & scene variations. Verisimilitude is practically non-existent. But once Deville acquaints the viewer w/ Antoine, his cinema decelerates, teasing daylight becomes nightfall, & deep affection becomes painfully palpable. Form never undergoes drastic change, but mood & spirit depress, temperance takes over.

  2. Daniel S.'s rating of the film Adorable Liar

An ode to Marina Vlady's beauty. To see 'Adorable Menteuse' is like to see an Eric Rohmer film with an interesting cinematography (I know I'm mean but I'm hungry). Highly recommended.
