Our take

A melancholic love letter to Istanbul, this classical melodrama is a tale of two lonely souls contending with a changing social landscape. Full of iconic scenes depicting the Bosphorus in the ’60s, Oh, Beautiful Istanbul brings together two legends of Turkish cinema, Atıf Yılmaz and Sadri Alışık.
