Synopsis

Niger was the first country in Africa (except Egypt) to have a film industry. Mustapha Alassane and Oumarou Ganda were the frist directors. Al’ Lèèssi tells the story of these pionneers of African cinema – through the career of the first woman to act, Zalika Souley.
