Renton47's rating of the film Annie Leibovitz: Life Through a Lens

How unfitting that such an iconic photographer should get a documentary without a single striking image of its own. Not to say that it's not enjoyable to watch a professional do her thing, but this brand of documentary is so worn and flat; how predictable to intercut footage of Leibovitz at work with talking heads. The way the film jumps from the Bosnian genocide back to celebs is especially egregious.
