Not only was there an initial Armenian genocide by the Turks in 1915, but there was a continuation of it in Azerbaijan at the end of the '80s, beginning of the '90s. It showed stock footage of U.S. Presidents complicit in the coverup of the Armenian genocide (both parties) & tried to get several interviews of people in the U.S. Congress who either denied the genocide or refused to answer any questions about it.
