In the wake of winning the Golden Bear for Best Short in 2016, Portuguese director Leonor Teles crafted an exquisitely textured portrait of a taciturn fisherman and his ebullient family. Filmed across four seasons, the documentary finds moments of beauty in labor and leisure, the boat and the home.
