  • fearraigh's rating of the film Barbecue

An admirable documentary with an authentically global scope that avoids the preciousness common to a lot of Netflix food documentaries. There's no great insight at hand but it foregrounds people and ordinary wisdom. Only misgiving is the lack of fish/seafood barbecues or bakes. A trip to Portugal, Korea or New England would have rectified this.
