Good scenes are strewn about in this drive-in film. The raw, if stylish, opening killer P.O.V. murder-- before Halloween and Black Christmas-- is a creeper of predetermined suspense even if it never captures it again, while the final twist is a crazy knee-slapper, as funny as it's fucked up. The plot is a mix of preposterous and senseless, and charming and delirious. An acceptable mix of trash art and plain trash.
