The generic handling of the office and vampire genres in its first 2/3rd's is quirky but quite familiar. Then, Bloodsucking Bastards gets pitch-perfect in comedy and parodic-horror the more it merges its genres together in its final act when they take on the vampires. Joey Kern's sarcastic quips throughout stand out the most, and the spoofs of vampire conventions in that final act are quite fresh and on-point.
