Goethe and Dostoyevsky are not exactly my type - and the love stories that unfold here would not connect with me ifthey were told me in a plain way... but this very-and-probably-proud-of-it arthouse director convinced me. Some of the scenes (especially the drive tours through Seoul) are too long. Let aside mannerisms, there are actual flaws in the clarity of the plot... But it turns out a very mature film. Memorable.
