Ratings & Reviews

  1. hubertguillaud's rating of the film Camille

  2. Aardsy's rating of the film Camille

Garbo is great! Great-a Garbo, if you will.

  3. FISCHER's rating of the film Camille

Greta Garbo est effectivement "divine" et le grand George Cukor, égal à lui-même ! www.cinefiches.com

  4. SpacePirate's rating of the film Camille

Not understanding the bad reviews. This is Garbo's best sound film outside of Ninotchka. She literally seems born to play the part. My fav Garbo film will always be Flesh and the Devil, for her & Gilbert's chemistry, but this one has top notch supporting cast like Barrymore, and tight, focused direction by one of the greats, Cukor. Robert Taylor shines in one of his best roles too, as her tenderhearted BF. 5 stars

  6. chockablock's rating of the film Camille

Guess one would enjoy any movie starring Greta Garbo - she is so vivid and charmingly natural.

  7. Johnny's rating of the film Camille

There's a wonderful glimmer in Robert Taylor's eye as he falls for the enchanting Greta Garbo. She is perfect.

  8. Howard Fritzson's rating of the film Camille

She is exquisite, offering the highest from a sexually spiritual point of view. It makes me lament for the lost opportunity of Max Ophuls directing her in "La Duchesse de Langeais."

  9. ZYNAB's rating of the film Camille

i'm so glad this was garbo's favorite of all her films; it's mine too. she was born to play la dame aux camelias

  10. Kristine Bizzarro's rating of the film Camille

This film always leaves a very distinct impression on me. Most likely because of Robert Taylor's tenderness, his charming suits and impeccable profile.

  11. MarcH's rating of the film Camille

Surprisingly amateurish. A scattered Garbo and wildly unappealing Taylor, plus a scenery-chewing supporting cast. Not MGMs (or George Cukor's) finest hour.

  12. Nadia's rating of the film Camille

I haven't been this disappointed from a movie in a long time. Is Greta Garbo like this in EVERY movie?

  13. Guy Sands's rating of the film Camille

What am I not seeing in Greta Garbo?
